And beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 30, Third Division of lots in Palmyra Township; thence East along the South line of said lot, which line is the center of S.R. 18 (S.H. 18), a distance of 983.20 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence North a distance of 283.00 feet and passing over an iron pipe set, 33 feet from the center of the road to an iron pipe; thence East a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South a distance of 283.00 feet and passing over an iron pipe set 33.00 feet from the center of the road, to a point in the center of S.R. 18 (S.H. 18), which is the South line of said lot; thence West along the South line of said lot a distance of 100.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.650 acres of land, as surveyed by Paul C. Shafer, Registered Surveyor No. 510, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
