Beginning at a railroad spike found at the Southeast corner of Lot 16, at the intersection of the centerlines of C.H 18, Tallmadge Road and C.H. 31, New Milford Road; thence N. 00 deg. 28' 31" E., along the East line of Lot 16 and the centerline of C.H. 31, a distance of 110.77 feet to a point, which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence N. 89 deg. 07' 08" W. (passing over a 5/8 iron rod set at 30.00 feet), a distance of 128.81 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set in an East line of land now or formerly owned by E. C. or V. R. Richards (2005-22912); thence N. 00 deg. 34' 49" E., along Richards' said East line, a distance of 105.66 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found in a South line of Richards; thence S. 89 deg. 07' 08" E., along Richards' said South line (passing over a 1/2' iron pipe found at 98.97 feet), a distance of 128.62 feet to a point in the East line of Lot 16 and centerline of C.H. 31; thence S. 00 deg. 28' 31" W., along the East line of Lot 16 and centerline of C.H. 31, a distance of 105.66 feet to the true place of begining, containing 0.3122 acres of land, more or less, there being 0.0728 acres, more or less, in the R/W of C.H. 31 as surveyed and described May 12, 2006 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288.
