Beginning at the intersection of S. Sycamore Street, and the Northwest corner of Lot #3 in J. D. Holcomb's Addition recorded in Plat Volume 2, Page 65 to the City of Ravenna; thence E. along the N. line of said Lot #3, 180.00 feet; thence N. along the W. line of Lot #6 of J. D. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
