Beginning at a point on the centerline of Cableline Road (C.H. 120), said point being North 89 deg. 18' 20" West, a distance of 400.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 39; thence North 89 deg. 18' 20" West, along the centerline of said Cableline Road, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence North 1 deg. 14' 07" East and passing over an iron pin at 33.00 feet, a distance of 415.13 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 30' East, a distance of 199.27 feet to an iron pin; thence South 1 deg. 18' West and passing over an iron pin at 382.82 feet, a distance of 415.81 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and containing therein 1.9041 acres of land as surveyed in July, 1992, by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
