North 6 deg. 05' East, 66.0 feet and North 83 deg. 42' West, 89.0 feet to the true place of beginning; thence North 6 deg. 05' East, 137.44 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 83 deg. 58' West, 191.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 6 deg. 05' East, 126.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 83 deg. 58' West, 283.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 6 deg. 00' West, 262.63 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 83 deg. 42' East, 466.10 feet to an iron pipe at the point of beginning and containing 2.2801 acres of land. No. 305; thence North 85 deg. 42' West, along the South line of said Lot 46 for a distance of 426.20 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 6 deg. 48' East, a distance of 66.00 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following parcel of land; thence North 65 deg. 42' West, parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 46 and 68.00 feet Northwardly therefrom for a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southeast corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by I. Neff; thence North 6 deg. 48' East, along the East, along the East side of said Neff land a distance of 268.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 84 deg. 03' East, a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 6 deg. 48' East, a distance of 258.97 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.831 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Aug. 1951. Parcel Number: 33-046-00-00-039-000.

Said Premises Appraised at $75,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
