And known as being the South thirty-four (34) feet of Lot No. 13 Tappan's Subdivision in the City of Ravenna, as platted and recorded in Volume 52, Page 349, Portage County Records, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 13; thence North along the West line of Meridian Street 34 feet to the lands of Oscar and Dora Allen, now owned by Robert L. Sr. and Doris E. Nadar; thence West parallel with the South line of said lot a distance of 60 feet to lands of William Anthony, et al.; thence South parallel with the West line of Meridian Street 34 feet to the South of said Lot No. 13; thence East along the lot line 60 feet to the place of beginning. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
