Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 4, Subdivision No. 3, S.E.; thence N. 89 deg. 20' West and with the centerline of Giddings Road T.H. 117-C, a distance of 1185 feet to a point on line, marking the S.E. corner of the tract here in described and being the true place of beginning thereof; thence continuing North 89 deg. 20' West and with the center line of said Giddings Road, T.H. 117-C, a distance of 160 feet to a point on line; thence N. 0 deg. 06' 08" East and parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 4, a distance of 1037.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 20' East and parallel to the center line of said Giddings Road No. T.H. 117-C, a distance of 160 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 05' 08" West and parallel to the said East line of Lot No. 4 and passing over an iron pipe, set 20 feet from the centerline of said Giddings Road, a distance of 1037.14 feet to the true place of beginning. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
