Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Located in Lot 21, Randolph Township, Portage County, Ohio and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a boat spike found (8" deep) at the intersection of the centerline of T.H. 33, Unger Road and C.H. 47, Industry Road which is the East line of Lot 21, said iron spike having been set by the County Surveyor, referenced in the County Surveyor's Field Book Volume 835, Pages 33-34 and located as shown by new ties marked on the accompanying plat of survey, said point being the N.E. corner of this Grantor as recorded in Deed Volume 1098, Page 865 of the County Records of Deeds; thence N. 89-41 W., a distance of 464.03 feet along the centerline of T.H. 33 to an iron road set which is true place of beginning; thence South, parallel with the East line of Lot 21, a distance of 656.00 feet to an iron rod with cap set on the South line of this Grantor; thence N. 89-41 W., a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pipe found at the S.W. corner of this Grantor; thence North, a distance of 656.00 feet to an iron railroad spike found at the N.W. corner of this Grantor on the centerline of T.H. 33; thence S. 89-41 E., a distance of 200.00 feet along the said centerline to the true place of beginning and containing 3.012 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in August, 1990.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
