Beginning at a point on the centerline of Center Street North 61 deg. East, 696.17 feet from the Northwest corner of Subdivision No. 14, continuing North 61 deg. East on the centerline of the highway 185.00 feet to a point; thence South 30 deg. 40' East, passing over an iron pipe set 30.01 feet therefrom a distance of 235.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 61 deg. West, 185.00 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of R. Simera; thence North 30 deg. 40' West, 235.55 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe set 30.01 feet therefrom, containing 1.00 acre of land as surveyed by Frank W. Elgin, Registered Surveyor No. 3232, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
