Being known and designated as being part of Lot 5 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the South line of said Lot 5 at the Southwest corner of land now or formerly owned by Edmond and Lucille Deuschle, and iron pin being South 88 deg. 14' 15" East, a distance of 1419.60 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence North 1 deg. 26' East, along the West line of said Deuschle's land, a distance of 743.70 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence North 1 deg. 26' East and passing over an iron pipe at 319.92 feet, a distance of 350.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Camp Road (T.H. 112); thence North 87 deg. 10' 42" East, along said centerline of Camp Road, a distance of 250.00 feet to a point; thence South 1 deg. 26' West, and passing over an iron pin at 30.08 feet, a distance of 350.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 87 deg. 10' 42" West, a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning, containing therein 2.003 acres of land as surveyed in August, 1976 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor Number 6222.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
