And known as being Lot 5 in Evergreen Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 42 of Portage County Records.
Excepting therefrom the following:
Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Sublot 5 of Evergreen Acres in Brimfield Township Lot 8 and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the South line of Sublot 5 and being S. 57 degrees 44' 55" E., 266.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Sublot 5 as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 42 in the Portage County Records; thence N. 57 degrees 15' 05" E., 31.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 57 degrees 44' 55" E., 42.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 7 degrees 15' 05" W., 31.00 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of Sublot 5; thence N. 57 degrees 44' 55" W., 68.50 feet along the South line of Sublot 5 to the beginning. Containing 0.0357 of an acre of land as surveyed in November, 1987 by David J. Collier, Registered Survey No. 4819.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
