Commencing at a PK nail found at the intersection of the centerline of Rock Spring Road (CH52-A) and the centerline of Tallmadge Road (CH18); thence S. 89 deg. 00' E., along the centerline of Tallmadge Road (CH18) a total distance of 730.15 feet to a point; thence S. 1 deg. 00' W., along a line, a total distance of 30.00 feet to an iron pin set on the Southerly right of way line of Tallmadge Road (CH18), said point being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence S. 89 deg. 00' E., along the Southerly right of way line of Tallmadge Road (CH18) a total distance of 178.33 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence S. 1 deg. 00' W., along a line running through the Grantors property, a total distance of 277.04 feet to an iron pin set on the Southerly property line of the Grantor's property; thence N. 89 deg. 00' W., along the Grantors Southerly property line, a distance of 178.33 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence N. 1 deg. 00' E., along a line running through the Grantors property a total distance of 277.04 feet to an iron pin, which point is the true place of beginning for this survey, containing 1.134 acre of land as surveyed by Samuel C. Janka and Floyd L. Thomas, Reg. Sur. Nos. 5739 and 5461 of the State of Ohio, April, 1971.
