And known as being the West one-half of Subdivision No. 25 of Franklin Township, Lot No. 31 and bounded on the North by Lake Street, on the West by lands of E. Gillie and E. Walter; on the South by lands of Portage Labor Temple Association and on the East by lands of H. & I. Snowberger, fronting 45.9 feet on Lake Street and extending back to lands of said Portage Labor Temple and being the West one-half of premises conveyed by Mary Savage to Joanna Chase, June 12, 1878 and containing about .30 of an acre of land, together with and subject to a certain, easement agreement dated November 1, 1986 as recorded at Volume 1044, Page 703, Portage County Records of Deeds, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
