Course 1: Thence azimuth 269 deg. 50 min. 53 sec. along the South line of Lot 13, a distance of 696.06 feet to a point (witness a 1/2" pipe found 1" deep January 1996, 0.11' South and also a 3/4" pipe found flush January 1996, azimuth 89 deg. 56 min. 47 sec., a distance of 116.65 feet from said point described);
Course 2: Thence azimuth 359 deg. 41 min. 14 sec., a distance of 50.00 feet to a #5 rebar and I.D. Cap #6541 found flush and the true place of beginning of land herein to be described;
Course 3: Thence azimuth 359 deg. 41 min. 14 sec., a distance of 607.64 feet to a #5 rebar and I.D. Cap #6541 set flush;
Course 4: Thence azimuth 89 deg. 36 min. 10 sec., a distance of 229.00 feet to a #5 rebar and I.D. Cap #6541 set flush;
Course 5: Thence azimuth 179 deg. 15 min. 15 sec., a distance of 608.65 feet to a #5 rebar and I.D. Cap #6541 set flush;
Course 6: Thence azimuth 269 deg. 50 min. 53 sec., a distance of 233.60 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.2291 acres of land, but subject to all legal highways, rights and easements of record, as surveyed in September 2001, by John W. Patrick, Jr., Professional Surveyor #6541.
