The Huntington National Bank, Mortgage Loan Department, Plaintiff vs. Mary C. Puro, et al., Defendants.
John Doe, name unknown, Unknown Spouse of Mary C. Puro, whose last known places of residence is 685 Arbor Way, Aurora, OH 44202 and 825 Mustang Pass, Aurora, OH 44202, you will take notice that on November 28, 2011, The Huntington National Bank, Mortgage Loan Department filed its Complaint in Case No. 2011 CV 01525 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $199,028.40, plus interest at 5.750% per annum from April 1, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 825 Mustang Pass, Aurora, OH 44202, being Permanent Parcel Number: 03-022-00-00-026-000.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up his interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendant named above is required to answer on or before August 28, 2012.
