Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 97 (Market Stone); thence N. 1 deg. 20' E., a distance of 301.00 feet along the property line of land now or formerly owned by P. J. and M. J. Twark to a point in the centerline of S.R. 14; thence N. 44 deg. 37' W., a distance of 460.50 feet along the centerline of S. R. 14 to a point; thence N. 44 deg. 09' W., a distance of 1229.86 feet along the centerline of S.R. 14 to the true place of beginning, said point being further described as being N. 44 deg. 09' W., a distance of 128.01 feet along the centerline of S.R. 14 from the intersection of the centerline of S.R. 14 and the Westerly property line of the land owned by P. Twark; thence through the land of Pete Sr. and Mark Twark by the following lines, S. 45 deg. 51' W., a distance of 180.00 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 33 feet from the S.R. 14 centerline; thence N. 44 deg. 09' W., a distance of 242.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 45 deg. 51' E., a distance of 180.00 feet to a point in the centerline of S.R. 14 and passing over an iron pipe 33 feet from the S.R. 14 centerline; thence S. 44 deg. 09' E., a distance of 242.00 feet along the centerline of S.R. 14 to the true place of beginning and containing 1.00 acre more or less.
