Commencing at a point located in the South line of Lot Number Eleven (11), which point is located 5 chains and 29 links East of the Southwest corner of said lot as measured South 89 deg. 35' East along the South line thereof; thence Easterly along the South line of said lot 5 rods and 12 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence North 2 deg. 35' West along the East line of land now or formerly owned by Vernon Lynn 6 chains and 56 links to the Hudson Aurora Highway; thence North 79 1/2" East along the center of said highway to an angle in the said road; thence 69 1/2" East to the Westerly right of way line of the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad Company, formerly known as the Cleveland and Canton Railroad; thence South along the Westerly right of way line of said railroad to land formerly owned by Laura Hayes, which said land is now or was recently owned by A. C. Newberry; thence South along the West line of said Newberry land and to a point in the South line of said Lot Number Eleven (11); thence North 89 deg. 35' West along the South line of said Lot Eleven (11) to the place of beginning and containing 2 1/2 acres of land.
