Beginning at a point in the East line of said lot at the Northeast corner of land owned by R. Kays, said point being 33 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 6; thence N. 1 deg. 43' E., 542 feet to a point in the East line of said lot and in the center of the road; thence N. 89 deg. 30' W., 873.5 feet to an iron rod and passing over an iron rod set 30 feet from the center of the road; thence S. 1 deg. 43' W., 575 feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Lot No. 6; thence S. 89 deg. 30' E., 345.5 feet along the South lot line to an iron pipe; thence N. 1 deg. 43' E., 33 feet to an iron rod; thence S. 89 deg. 30' E., 528 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron rod set 30 feet West thereof, containing 11.12 acres. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
