Commencing at an iron pin found at the intersection of the North line of Lot 8 in Rootstown Township and centerline of T.H. 110, Hattrick Road; thence South 0 degrees 41' West, along the centerline of Hattrick Road, a distance of 650.00 feet to an iron pin and the real place of beginning for the following conveyance; thence continuing South 0 degrees 41' along the centerline of said Hattrick Road, T.H. 110 and the Easterly property line of land of this Grantor, a distance of 287.22 feet to an iron pin; thence North 88 degrees 26' 65" West, through the land of Grantor a distance of 871.74 feet to an iron pin and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 41' East, a distance of 248.82 feet to an iron pin at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by Ronald P. and Barbara M. Knapp; thence North 89 degrees 01' 40" East along the Southerly line of said Knapp, a distance of 872.0 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pin at 842.00 feet and continuing 5.363 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Robert A. Weinkauf, R.S. 3859, July 1969.

Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the North line of Lot 8 in Rootstown Township and the centerline of T.H. 110, Hattrick Road; thence South 0 degrees 41' West, along the centerline of T.H. 110, a distance of 807.22 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following parcel of land; thence continuing South 0 degrees 41' West along the centerline of 130.00 feet to a point in a Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by Mary Shaw; thence North 88 degrees 26' 55" West along said Northerly line of Shaw (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) a distance of 871.74 feet to an iron pipe in an Easterly line of said Shaw; thence North 0 degrees 41' East along said Easterly line of Shaw, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 degrees 26' 55" East, a distance of 571.74 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 degrees 41' West, a distance of 20.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 degrees 26' 55" East (passing over an iron pipe at 270.00 feet), a distance of 300.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 2.864 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal highways, as surveyed May 19, 1971 by Albert Szuch, RS 5398.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
