(T.H. 296), 60' R/W (witness a 5/8" iron rod found in a monument assembly at the South West corner of Lot 31 and centerline intersection of said Knowlton Road and Parkman Road (T.H. 299, 66' R/W) North 87 deg. 09' 06" West 3386.73 feet); thence North 87 deg. 09' 06" West along the centerline of said Knowlton Road, a distance of 1054.70 feet to the true place of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence South 1 deg. 53' 55" West along the West line of lands now or formerly owned by Paul F. Maoros as recorded in O.R. 365, Page 458 of the Portage County Record of Deeds, a distance of 1188.16 feet, to the North line of land now or formerly owned by W. W. Hahn as recorded in D.V. 698, Page 597 of the Portage County Record Deeds; thence North 87 deg. 09' 06" West, along said line, a distance of 201.18 feet to a tagged rebar set; thence North 01 deg. 53' 55" East, along the East line of land now or formerly owned by R. C. Wiseman as recorded in O.R. 163, Page 990 of the Portage County Record of Deeds, a distance of 1188.16 feet to the centerline of Knowlton Rd.; thence South 87 deg. 09' 06" East, along said centerline a distance of 201.18 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 5.487 acres of land, as surveyed by Robert S. Parks, P.S. 7012 in January 1999. Subject to all legal highways and easements of record, if any. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
