Beginning at iron pipe set at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Section 2, Northeast quarter of Edinburg Township, in the centerline of Township Highway 125, known as Alliance Road; thence North along the centerline of Township Highway No. 125, 1002.85 feet to the true place of beginning; said true place of beginning is also 954.00 feet North along Township Highway 125 from Ila Gee's South property line; thence continuing North along the centerline of Township Highway No. 125, 150.00 feet to a point; thence East, passing over an iron pipe set thirty feet as side of road, 200.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence West and passing over an iron pipe set thirty; thence West and passing over an iron pipe set thirty feet at side of road, 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing .69 of an acre of land as surveyed August 11, 1962 by C. B. Dodge, R.S. No. 1682, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Being the same property as conveyed from William H. Salomon and Stacy L. Salomon, husband and wife to Pamel A. Barta, as described in Inst. #200424985, dated 08/24/2004, Recorded 9/02/2004.
