Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 44 at its intersection with the centerline of the East bound traffic lane of S.H. 422; thence North 47 deg. 10' W., along the centerline of the East bound traffic lane of S.H. 422, for a distance of 1245.00 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land. This true place of beginning is at the Southwest corner of a 9.83 acre parcel of land now owned by F. Wilimczyk; thence North 42 deg. 50' E., (at right angles to the preceding course) along the Northwestwardly side of said Wilimczyk land for a distance of 800.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence at right angles to the preceding course North 47 degrees 10 minutes West for a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 42 deg. 50' W., a distance of 800.00 feet to a point in the centerline of the East bound traffic lane of S.H. 422; thence South 47 deg. 10' E. at right angles to the preceding course along the centerline of the East bound traffic lane of S. A. 422 for a distance of 125.00 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 2.30 acres of land.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
