Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 62 in the G. E. and Georgia Reeves Sixth Allotment, as recorded in Portage County, Ohio, Book 4, Page 1.

Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being part of large Lot No. 39 of Franklin Township and being Lot No. 1 in Strattons' Second Allotment in said township. Plat Book 7, Page 45. Said lot being 50 ft. by 100 ft.

PARCEL 4:
Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being a part of Lot No. 39 of said township, beginning at an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 61 in Reeves Sixth Allotment and the North line of the property of Ida M. Stratton; thence Southeasterly on the East line of a thirty foot drive in Reeves' Allotment extended a distance of fifty feet; thence North 75 deg. 50' E., a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence N. 14 deg. 10' W., fifty feet to a point, which is the S.E. corner of Lot No. 60 in Reeves' Fifth Allotment; thence S. 75 deg. 50' W., a distance of 200 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.229 acres of land more or less. This conveyance is also to include an easement for driveway purposes over two thirty foot strips of land one lying directly West of an adjacent to and the other lying directly East and adjacent to the above described tract. These strips are the extensions of two drives of thirty feet each lying in Reeves 5th Allotment and 6th Allotment.

Situated in the township, county and state aforesaid and being a part of Lot 39 in said township, beginning at the iron pipe at the Southwest corner of Lot 60 in Reeves Fifth Allotment and the North line of the property of Irene Andrews; thence Southeasterly, a distance of 50 ft.; thence N. 75 deg. 50' E., a distance of 100 ft. to a point; thence N. 14 deg. 10' W., 50 ft. to a point, which is the Southeast corner of Lot 60 in Reeves Fifth Allotment; thence S. 75 deg. 50' W., a distance of 100 ft., to the place of beginning, containing 0.11 acres of land.
Prior Deed Reference: Warranty Deed, Book 516, Page 277, recorded February 25, 1952. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
