And known as being part of Lot 48 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Old Forge Road (C.H. 82) said point being due West, a distance of 348.43 feet from a monument found at the centerline intersection of said Old Forge Road and Congress Lake-Brimfield Road (T.H. 17); thence due West, along said centerline of Old Forge Road, a distance of 80.42 feet to a point and the Southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by W. & W. Jones; thence North 0 deg. 06' 58" East, along the East line of said Jones' land and passing over iron pins at 30.00 feet and 478.50 feet, a distance of 1513.05 feet to an iron pin on the South line of lands now or formerly owned by A. & D. Eisentract; thence North 88 deg. 17' 31" East, along said South line of Eixentraut's (sic) land, a distance of 239.86 feet to a point at the Northwest corner of land now or formerly owned by School Street Baptist Church; thence South 1 deg. 25' East, along the West line of said lands of School Street Baptist Church, a distance of 836.66 feet to a point; thence due West a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence South 1 deg. 25' East and passing over iron pin at 151.33 feet, 205.35 feet and 653.99 feet, a distance of 684.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and containing therein 5.917 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
