Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 46; thence along the North line of said lot and the center of State Route 18, South 89 deg. 51' East, 1074.67 feet to a point; thence South 0 deg. 21' West, 1016.00 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence continuing the same course 119.88 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 51' West, 545.00 feet to a point in the center of proposed 40.00 foot road; thence North 0 deg. 21' East, along the center of proposed road, 119.88 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 51' East along the South line of land owned by Linda M. Derer, a distance of 545.00 feet to the place of beginning, reserving therefrom a strip of land 20.00 feet in width along the entire Westerly side of therefrom the road purposes, containing 1.50 acres of land.
