Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 46; thence along the North line of said lot and the center of State Route 18, South 89 deg. 51' East, 1074.67 feet to a point; thence South 0 deg. 21' West, 1016.00 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence continuing the same course 119.88 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 51' West, 545.00 feet to a point in the center of proposed 40.00 foot road; thence North 0 deg. 21' East, along the center of proposed road, 119.88 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 51' East along the South line of land owned by Linda M. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
