W. and M. Wolff, S. 0 deg. 05' W., 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 89 deg. 11' W., 580.56 feet passing over an iron pin 30.00 feet from the centerline to the place of beginning, containing 2.00 acres of land as per survey made by William A. Laiblin, Registered Surveyor No. 4685, June 17, 1969.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
