In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. O'Neill's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Rootstown to-wit:

And being part of Lot No. 1, Rootstown Township, and beginning at an iron pin at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 1, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Sanford Road and Wilkes Road; thence N. 0 deg. 05' E., 3229.73 feet to an iron pin, the true place of beginning; thence N. 0 deg. 05' E., 150.00 feet to an iron pin in the center of Sanford Road; thence S. 89 deg. 11' E., passing over an iron pin 30.00 feet from the centerline 580.56 feet to an iron pin; thence by O. W. and M. Wolff, S. 0 deg. 05' W., 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 89 deg. 11' W., 580.56 feet passing over an iron pin 30.00 feet from the centerline to the place of beginning, containing 2.00 acres of land as per survey made by William A. Laiblin, Registered Surveyor No. 4685, June 17, 1969.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
