Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And further described as follows:
Being part of Lot No. 18 in said township and county and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone in the center of public highway, now known as Laubert Road (C.H 29), South 86 degrees East, 593 feet from the Southwest corner of land conveyed to Gilbert Eichler and Dolores Eichler by deed recorded in Volume 568, Page 154 of Portage County Records, said corner being also the Southwest corner of Lot No. 18 in said township; thence South 86 deg. East, 502 feet, North 4 degrees East, 1665 feet to a stake at the Northwest corner of land now owned by Louis Eichler; thence North 86 degrees West parallel with the said North line of said Louis Eichler land 502 feet to a stake; thence South 4 degrees West parallel to the West line from said Louis Eichler's land 1665 feet to a stone, said stone being the place of beginning, containing nineteen and two-tenths acres of land.
EXCEPTION TO THE FOLLOWING:
Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being a part of Lot 18 of said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at an I.P. marking the Southeast corner of Lot 18 and the center line of Laubert Road; thence N. 89 degrees 01' 00" W., a distance of 2192.96 feet along the center line of Laubert Road to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 89 degrees 01' 00" West along the said centerline a distance of 176.00 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 0' 00" East, a distance of 800.00 feet through the property of the Grantor to an I.P. and passing over an I.P. at 20.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 01' 00" East, a distance of 176.00 feet through the property of the Grantor to an I.P.; thence South 1 degree 00' 00" West passing over an I.P. at 780.00 feet, a total distance of 800.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 3.232 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $280,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
