Beginning at a point in the centerline of Winchell Road, which is also the South line of Lot No. 36, said point is South 88 deg. 57' East, 2113.86 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot No. 36; thence North 0 deg. 50' West, 1684.98 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of land belonging to O. and E. Fromherce and passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet from the centerline of the road; thence South 85 deg. 58' East along Fromherce's land 200 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 50' East, 1684.98 feet to the South line of Lot No. 36 and passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet from the center of the road; thence North 88 deg. 57' West, 200 feet to the place of beginning and containing 7.73 acres as surveyed by Wilbur Zull, No. 658.
