Baker, a distance of 326.14 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap no. 5461 set; thence North 0 deg. 45' 07" East, along a line running through the Grantor's property, a distance of 1482.15 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 11.2110 acres of land as surveyed in August 2001, by Floyd L. Thomas, Registered Surveyor No. 5461 of the State of Ohio.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
