Situated in the County of Portage, in the State of Ohio and in the City of Aurora:
And known as being Sublots No. 4, 6 & 8 in J. W. Knestrick and Rosa M. Knestrick's Maple Grove Allotment of part of Original Lot Number 8 in said township and county. Said Sublots Nos. 6 & 8 have a frontage of 100 feet on the Northerly side of Fairview Avenue and extend back 112 feet on the Westerly line and extend back 126.3 feet on the Easterly line are 100.70 feet wide in the rear. Sublot No. 4 is adjacent to the rear most portion of the Westerly line of Sublot No. 6, being 56 feet deep on the Easterly side of Sublot No. 4, 166.6 feet wide in the rear and 157.7 feet wide in the front and 45.5 feet deep on the Westerly side, as per plat of said allotment recorded in Vol. 3, Page 22, Portage County Records of Plats and as surveyed by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141, on December 16, 1989.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
