Beginning at a railroad spike at the intersection of the East line of Lot Eight (8) and the centerline of C.H. 87 (Waterloo Road); thence N. 87 deg. 52' W., a distance of 231.20 feet along the centerline of C.H. 87 to an iron rod at an angle point; thence S. 73 deg. 52' W., a distance of 216.46 feet along said centerline to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing S. 73 deg. 52' W., a distance of 180.00 feet to a point at the S.E. corner of K. Freeland 745/500; thence N. 2 deg. 24' E., a distance of 442.16 feet along the East line of said property to an iron rod; thence S. 87 deg. 50' E., a distance of 170.67 feet to an iron rod on the South line of M. Roby 846/72; thence S. 2 deg. 24' W., a distance of 385.64 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.6217 acres of land, surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Reg. Professional Land Surveyor No. 5065, March, 1973.

Said Premises Appraised at $115,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
