Beginning at the centerline intersection of Weaver Road C.H. – 206 and Webb Road, C.H. 204; thence N. 72 degrees 37' E., a distance of 641.27' along the centerline of Webb Road to an angle point; thence N. 72 degrees 43' 30" E., a distance of 648.93' along the centerline of said road to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 1 degree 04' 11" E., a distance of 607.77' through the property of the Grantor to an I.P. and passing over an I.P. at 31.16'; thence S. 88 degrees 55' 07" E., a distance of 150.00' through the property of the Grantor to an I.P.; thence S. 0 degrees 04' 11" W., a distance of 558.00' along the Westerly line of property owned by J. L. or S. A. Seidel to a point in the centerline of Webb Road and passing over and I.P. 31.16' back from said centerline; thence S. 72 degrees 43' 30" W., a distance of 158.03' along the centerline of Webb Road to the true place of beginning and containing 2.007 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
