Wood, Registered Surveyor No. 6091 in January 1976.

Beginning at an iron pipe found at the intersection of the centerline's of Hankee Road (T.H. 224, 60 foot right-of-way) and State Route 700, 60 foot right-of-way said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 51; thence South 0 deg. 13' East, along the centerline of said State Route 700 which is the Easterly line of said Lot 51, a distance of 860.70 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 0 deg. 13' East along the centerline of said State Route 700, a distance of 125.00 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by A. & E. Kline; thence North 87 deg. 51' 05" West, along the Northerly line of said Kline's land, a distance of 880.77 feet to an iron rod found on the Easterly line of land now or formerly owned by D. Pochedly and passing over an iron rod found 29.96 feet from the centerline of said State Route 700; thence North 2 deg. 40' 08" East along the Easterly line of said Pochedly's land, a distance of 124.90 feet to an iron pipe set; thence South 87 deg. 51' 05" East, a distance of 874.48 feet to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe set 30.03 feet from the centerline of said State Route 700 and containing 2.516 acres of land as surveyed by George L. Beginning at an iron pipe marking the intersection of the centerline of Hankee Road (T.H. 224) and State Route 700 (and Northeast corner of Lot 51); thence South 0 deg. 13' East, along the centerline of State Route 700 and East line of Lot 51, 810.70 feet to a point which is the Northeast corner of a 3.003 acre parcel now owned by Gloria L. Fuller and the true place of beginning for the following described premises; thence North 87 deg. 51' 05" West along the North line of said Fuller parcel, passing over an iron pipe at 30.03 feet, a total distance of 245.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 13' West, along an East line of said Fuller, 140.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 87 deg. 51' 05" East, passing over an iron pipe at 214.97 feet, a total distance of 245.00 feet to a point in the centerline of State Route 700; thence South 0 deg. 13' East along said centerline 140.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.787 acres of land as surveyed in July 1981 by Donald D. Harvey, Registered Surveyor No. 4112.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
