Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff vs. Amy Ondercin aka Amy C. Ondercin, et al., Defendants.

Joel T. May, whose last place of residence is known as 817 Waterview Circle, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075 and 9313 Flora Drive, Streetsboro, Ohio 44241 and 13106 Wyndchase Circle, Franklin, Tennessee 37067, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joel T. May, 817 Waterview Circle, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075 and 9313 Flora Drive, Streetsboro, Ohio 44241 and 13106 Wyndchase Circle, Franklin, Tennessee 37067 and Delco Homes Inc. Condominium Owners' Association, whose last place of business address is unknown, will take notice that on August 9, 2011, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 filed its Complaint in Case No. 2011 CV 01008 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Joel T. May, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joel T. May and Delco Homes Inc. Condominium Owners' Association, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Property address: 9313 Flora Drive, Unit B, Streetsboro, Ohio 44241

Permanent Parcel Number: 350461000075002

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Peti-tioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before November 17, 2011.
