And known as being the West 45 feet of Lots Nos. 63, 64 and 65 in the Highland Allotment as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Volume 3, Page 15 of the Portage County Records of Plats.

Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot No. 20 in the South Division of lots in Ravenna Township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron marker at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 11 in Fairlawn Allotment as platted, numbered and recorded in Volume 4, Page 16 of the Portage County Plat Records; thence N. 89 degrees W., along the North line of Lots Nos. 11 and 10 of said allotment, 100 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 10, marked by an iron marker; thence N. 2 degrees 04' E., 60 feet to an iron marker; thence S. 89 deg. E., 100 feet to an iron marker; thence S. 2 deg. 04' W., 80 feet to the place of beginning, according to survey made by C. B. Dodge, Registered Surveyor, containing 0.14 acres of land, more or less.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
