Beginning at a point on the centerline of Holcomb Road (Newton Falls Charleston Road, C.H. 187), said point being due West, a distance of 2,000.00 feet from a monument found at the intersection of Holcomb Road and the line between Trumbull County and Portage County; thence South 0 deg. 16' West, and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 80.00 feet to an iron pin; thence due West, a distance of 4.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 16' West, a distance of 32.00 feet to an iron pin; thence due East a distance of 4.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 16' West and passing over an iron pin at 58.00 feet and 320.00 feet, a distance of 1,316 feet to a point on the North line of land now or formerly owned by O. and G. Adkins; thence due West along the North line of said Adkins' land, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. l6' East and passing over iron pins at 940.00 feet and 1,400.00 feet, a distance of 1,430.00 feet to a point on the centerline of said Holcomb Road; thence due East, along said road centerline, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point and the the true place of beginning as surveyed in August, 1978 by Jerry Daniel, Registered Surveyor, No. 6222, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Being known as part of Lot No. 14 in said township and is further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of the Holcomb Road (CH-187) a distance of nineteen hundred (1,900) feet West of the county line between Trumbull County and Portage County; thence South on a line parallel to said county line a distance of fourteen hundred thirty (1,430) feet to a point; thence West on line parallel with said Holcomb Road (CH-187) a distance of two hundred (200) feet to a point; thence North on a line parallel with said county line a distance of fourteen hundred thirty (1430) feet to a point in the center line of the Holcomb Road (CH-187); thence East along the center line of said road, a distance of two hundred (200) feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
EXCEPTING FROM PARCEL TWO:
Known as being part of Lot 14 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Holcomb Rd. Said Premises Appraised at $85,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
