Beginning at a marked stone found at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 32; thence due West along the North line of said Lot No. 32 for a distance of 1554.10 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence S. 4 degrees 20 W., for a distance of 768.63 feet to an iron pipe set in the centerline of Pioneer Trail; thence N. 71 degrees 15 W., along the centerline of said Pioneer Trail for a distance of 959.03 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southeast corner of a 62 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by W. A. Carlton; thence N. 0 degrees 12 E., along the said Carlton land for a distance of 458.16 feet to an iron pipe found in the North line of said Lot No. 32; thence due East along the North line of said Lot No. 32 for a distance of 964.61 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 13.27 acres of land, as surveyed by Lucius F. Beginning at a marked stone found at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 32; thence due West along the North line of said Lot No. 32 for a distance of 1554.10 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 4 degrees 20 W., for a distance of 225.00 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 4 degrees 20 W., for a distance of 543.63 feet to an iron pipe in the centerline of Pioneer Trail; thence S. 71 degrees 15 00" E., a distance of 7.27 feet to an iron pipe found at an angle in the centerline of said Pioneer Trail; thence S. 89 degrees 30 E., along the centerline of said Pioneer Trail for a distance of 252.78 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 4 degrees 20 E., for a distance of 548.19 feet to an iron pipe; thence due West (parallel with the North line of said Lot No. 32 and 225.00 feet Southwardly therefrom) for a distance of 260 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 3.26 acres of land, as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Reg. Sur. No. 1199, May 29, 1950.

Commencing at a marked stone at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 32; thence due West along the North line of Lot No. 32, a distance of 1294.10 feet to the place of beginning; thence S. 4 degrees 20' W., a distance of 225.00 feet to a point; thence West a distance of 260.00 feet to a point; thence N. 4 degrees 20' E., a distance of 225.00 feet to a point; thence East a distance of 260.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.34 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Robert Fitzgerald, Reg. Sur. No. 4141, August, 1971.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
