Beginning at a marked stone found at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 32; thence due West along the North line of said Lot No. 32 for a distance of 1554.10 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence S. 4 degrees 20 W., for a distance of 768.63 feet to an iron pipe set in the centerline of Pioneer Trail; thence N. 71 degrees 15 W., along the centerline of said Pioneer Trail for a distance of 959.03 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southeast corner of a 62 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by W. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
