R. 44, Ravenna-Painesville Road); thence N. 86 deg. 00' E., along the centerline of the highway, 80 feet; thence S. 1 deg. 53' W., along the West line of B. Kettring, 263.76 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe at the side of highway; thence S. 86 deg. 00' W., 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 1 deg. 53' E., 263.76 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe at 30.15 feet at side of highway, containing 0.482 acre of land as surveyed by F. H. Swasey, Reg. Sur. No. 2154, July 24, 1948.
