Beginning at a point in the centerline of the East and West highway (S.R. 82, Burton-Limaville Road South), 674.74 feet N. 86 deg. 00' E., from an iron pin at the centerline of the North and South highway, (S. R. 44, Ravenna-Painesville Road); thence N. 86 deg. 00' E., along the centerline of the highway, 80 feet; thence S. 1 deg. 53' W., along the West line of B. Kettring, 263.76 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe at the side of highway; thence S. 86 deg. 00' W., 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 1 deg. 53' E., 263.76 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe at 30.15 feet at side of highway, containing 0.482 acre of land as surveyed by F. H. Swasey, Reg. Sur. No. 2154, July 24, 1948.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
