Beginning at an iron pipe in the centerline of New Milford Road at the Grantors Northwest corner and being S. 0 deg. 30' W., 495.40 feet from an iron bar at the intersection of said road centerline with the North line of Lot 28; thence N. 88 deg. 19' E., 1047.51 feet to an iron pipe at the Grantors Northeast corner and passing over an iron pipe at 30.02 feet from the road center S. 0 deg. 11' 20" W., 103.94 feet along the Grantors East line to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 04' 16" W., 1048.25 feet to the centerline of New Milford Road and passing over an iron pipe 30.03 feet from the road center; thence N. 0 deg. 30' E., 108.46 feet along the centerline of New Milford Road to the beginning containing 2.553 acres of land, be the same more or less.
