In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. O'Neill's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Nelson to-wit:

Beginning at an iron rod marking the N.W. corner of Lot 20; thence N. 89 deg. 40' 19" E., a distance of 958.72 feet along the North line of Lot 20 and the centerline of S.R. 305 to a point, which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 89 deg. 40' 19" E., a distance of 366.69 feet along the North line of Lot 20 and said highway to a point. Said point being S. 89 deg. 40' 19" W., a distance of 1183.62 feet from the N.E. corner of Lot 20; thence S. 2 deg. 19' 43" W., a distance of 470.48 feet along a Westerly line of property owned by D. R. Jones to an iron pin and passing over an iron pin at 33.04 feet; thence S. 89 deg. 40' 19" W., a distance of 366.69 feet along a Northerly line of property owned by D. R. Jones to an iron pin; thence through the property of the Grantor N. 2 deg. 19' 43" E., passing over an iron pin at 437.44 feet, a total distance of 470.48 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 3.956 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
