Being part of Lot Number Two Hundred and Three (203) of Joseph Lyman's Addition to said City of Ravenna, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said lot; thence West along the South line of said Lot 180, 2/3 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line of said lot 30 feet; thence East along the South line of land formerly owned by Joseph Waggoner now Basham 60 feet to a corner of said land; thence North 30 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said lot to the East line thereof; thence South to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
