Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 45; thence North 00 deg. 35' East along the West side of said Lot No. 45 and centerline of Newell Ledge Road (Highway No. 297) for a distance of 153.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 82 deg. 12' East along the centerline of an open drainage ditch for a distance of 327.19 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 deg. 35' West parallel with the West line of Lot No. 45 and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the centerline of Silica Sand Road (Highway No. 253) for a distance of 108.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 57' West along of centerline of Silica Sand Road for a distance of 327.42 feet in the place of beginning and found to contain 0.98 acres of land at surveyed by Lucius T. Converse, Serial No. 1199 in July, 1956.

Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 45; thence North 00 deg. 35' East, along the Westside of said Lot No. 45 and centerline of Newell Ledge Road (Highway No. 297) for a distance of 153.00 feet to an iron pipe, which is the principal place of beginning of the following described premises; thence South 82 deg. 12' East along the center line of an open drainage ditch for a distance of 327.19 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 deg. 23' East (parallel to the West line of Lot No. 45), a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 82 deg. 12' West and parallel to the South line hereof, 327.19 feet to the centerline of Newell Lodge Road; thence South 9 degrees 35' West on the centerline of said road, which is the West line of said Lot No. 45, 100.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing .75 acres of land.
