Situated in the Township of Nelson, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Original Township Lot No. 30, in said township and is bounded commencing at a stake standing center of highway at the Northwest corner of said lot the place of beginning being the intersection of Township Highway No. 295-B, Knowlton Road, and County Highway 299-E, Parkman Road; thence South six and one-half rods; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of said township lot line far enough so that line drawn North parallel with the West line and to the North line of said lot shall contain just one acre of land; thence West on the North line of said lot to the place of beginning and being the same premises transfered to Fred B. Evans in Certificate of Transfer issued by Probate Court of Portage County on April 13, 1940 and recorded in Volume 369, Page 456, Portage County Records of Deeds, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
