And known as being part of Lot 14, Middle Division, in Ravenna Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the centerline of Beechwood Road and North line of Lot 14 and being S. 89 deg. 15' E., 461.08 feet from the intersection of said road centerline with the centerline of State Route 88; thence S. 89 deg. 15' E., 688.65 feet along the North line of Lot 14 and the centerline of Beechwood Road to an iron pipe; thence South 505.21 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's South line and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 89 deg. 23' 50" W., 688.63 feet to an iron bar at the Grantor's Southwest corner; thence North 506.98 feet along the Grantor's West line to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center. Containing 8.000 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in August, 1977 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
