Beginning at a 1 inch iron pipe found in the centerline of Chamberlain Road (C.H. 265, 60 feet wide) at the Southeast corner of said Original Lot 7; thence along the centerline of Chamberlain Road and the Easterly line of said Original Lot 7, due North, 330.33 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 25' 56" West (passing over a 5/8 inch iron pin set at 30.00 feet) 2080.20 feet to an 5/8 inch iron pin set in the Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to the Audubon Society of Greater Cleveland by deed recorded in Volume 1108, Page 659 of Portage County Records; thence following the Easterly line of said Audubon Society, South 00 deg. 08' 47" East, 332.35 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe found in the South line of said Original Lot 7; thence North 89 deg. 22' 34" East along said lot line, (passing over a 3/4 inch iron pipe found at 2049.37 feet) 2079.37 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.8193 acres of land as surveyed and described in August 1994 by Joseph Gutoskey, P.S. 7567, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
