Situated in the Township of Hiram, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot No. 24, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the centerline of Udall Road, (Highway No. 285) at a point 808.50 feet South from the North line of said Lot No. 24, measured along the centerline of Udall Road. This point is also at the Northeast corner of a 135.19 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by Kenneth Ellenberger; thence North 88 degrees 52' West along the North line of said Ellenberger land and parallel with the North line of said Lot No. 24 for a distance of 220.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North parallel with the centerline of Udall Road for a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 52' East for a distance of 220.00 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Udall Road; thence South along the centerline of Udall Road for a distance of 125.00 feet to the place of beginning, as surveyed by Lucious F. Converse, R. S. No. 1199 in June, 1958, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Note:
Iron pins were found or set 30.00 feet Westwardly from the centerline of Udall Road on both of the East and West lines.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
