CitiFinancial Inc., an Ohio Corporation, Plaintiff vs. Janet L. Shaver, et al., Defendants.

John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Janet L. Shaver, whose last place of residence is known as 3486 Marian Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Donald E. Thomas, Deceased, whose last places of residence are unknown, Kathleen Thomas aka Kathleen Bednar, whose last place of residence is 3029 Cinnamon Drive West, West Salem, Ohio 44287 and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Lucile I. Thomas, Deceased, whose last places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on March 1, 2011, CitiFinancial Inc., an Ohio Corporation filed its Complaint and on March 17, 2011 its Amended Complaint in Case No. 2011 CV 00252 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Janet L. Shaver, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Donald E. Thomas, Deceased, Kathleen Thomas aka Kathleen Bednar and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Lucile I. Thomas, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Property address: 3486 Marian Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Peti--tioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before July 5, 2011.
