And known as being Unit No. 17N, together with an undivided 2.5625 percent interest in the common areas and facilities of Claridges of Walden Condominium, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings in Plat Book 20, Page 6 of the Portage County Records of Plats and in the additional detailed building drawings and location as shown in Volume 874, Pages 572 through 589 of the record of deeds of Portage County, and as further declared in a condominium declaration filed August 26, 1971 and recorded in Volume 874, Pages 590 through 600 and continued in Volume 875, Pages 1 through 31, of Portage County Records of Deeds.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
