Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 in the center line of County Highway No. 47, known as Campbellsport-Industry South Road; thence N. 1 deg. 00' E., along the centerline of said County Highway No. 47, 94.29 feet to a point, being the principal place of beginning for the following conveyance; thence N. 88 deg. 29' W., and passing over an iron pipe set thirty feet at side of road, 462.00 feet to an iron pipe set in John L. Bosko's East property line; thence N. 1 deg. 00' E., along said Bosko property line 94.29 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 29' E., and passing over an iron pipe set thirty feet at side of road, 462.00 feet to the center of County Highway No. 47; thence South 1 deg. 00' W., along the center line of County Highway No. 47, 94.29 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 1.00 acre of land as surveyed by C. B. Dodge September 5, 1955.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
