Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the centerline of C.H. 71 (Mottown Road) and the centerline of C.H. 135 (McClintocksburg Road), which is the Southwest corner of Lot No. 71; thence N. 0 deg. 10' W., a distance of 1091.70 feet along the West line of Lot No. 71 and the centerline of C.H. 135 to an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of now or formerly C. Edwards, 642/151, which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 0 deg. 10' W., a distance of 240.52 feet along said centerline to an iron pipe; thence East a distance of 1358.30 feet to an iron pipe on the East line of now or formerly C. Edwards; thence S. 00 deg. 10' E., a distance of 240.52 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of now or formerly C. Edward; thence West a distance of 1358.30 feet along the South line of now or formerly C. Edwards to the true place of beginning containing 7.500 acres of land as surveyed by Terrance R. Hohnhorst, Registered Surveyor No. 5065 in September, 1969.
